Her figurative work is defined by a perfusion of color and form. Sue is recognized as a colorist. Her style joins realism with impressionism,
Her work is included in many juried exhibits. Sue's work appears in private collections in Washington, Florida, California and Arizona. She is commissioned to paint people's dog companions with or without their human friends. Sue is a member in several professional art associations. Recently she was accepted as a member of the Camano Arts Association and Standwood Camano Art Guild.
